Success stories
Commerce celebrates the success of our digital navigator program and investments in more than 30 organizations statewide. We want to highlight the success of the Washington State Department of Veterans Affairs’ Digital Navigator Program, which received a $2.5M award to bring digital literacy tools and training to veterans and their families. - Tech Connect Washington – Equity in Education partners with 39 community organizations led by multilingual and multicultural staff with a track record of providing culturally and linguistically appropriate curriculum and digital skills training in communities of color. Access a Free Community Helpdesk providing online or in-person tech support by calling 800-216-1132 from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., seven days a week.
- Link to Care WA Hotline – A hotline that offers live support for accessing health care online and obtaining mobile devices and other resources in English and Spanish (with interpreter services in 300+ other languages). Additional training and resources for patients to access health care through telehealth and online portals are available.Call 866-757-1832 (TTY: 711) to learn more. One-on-one coaching available Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Digital Classes and Resources – Provides digital navigation instruction to tribal and non-tribal members focusing on introductory technology help, educational apps and skill training with devices that access the internet.
