The Office of Firearm Safety and Violence Prevention (OFSVP) is soliciting bids to provide event planning, coordination, logistics, and reporting for the 2025 Together We End Gun Violence event. This event is slated for early June 2025.
OFSVP intends to award one contract to provide the services described in this RFQQ. The award will be up to $100,000 for services provided from April 1, 2025 – June 30, 2025.
The goal of this effort is to facilitate a positive, collaborative event for organizations working to respond or prevent firearm violence and encouraging health and well-being for individuals ages 12 to 24.
Eligibility
This Request for Proposals (RFQQ) is an open, competitive process that is open to entities that are:
- Licensed to do business in the State of Washington or willing to submit a statement of commitment that they will become licensed in Washington within thirty (30) calendar days of being selected as an Apparently Successful Applicant; and
- Able to demonstrate the planning and coordination of

- Five or more events with at least 250 attendees;
- At least one past event for a public sector or nonprofit client/audience; and
- At least one multi-session conference
- Have lived experience with firearm violence
- Five or more events with at least 250 attendees;
Additional points are available to Small and Veteran-owned businesses, and business owners who have lived experience with firearm violence.
